Clean-title vehicles only
Longhorn EV does not retail vehicles with salvage or rebuilt branded titles. We also exclude vehicles with known total-loss or major-accident history from our retail inventory. Our business is built around clean, quality used vehicles that we would feel comfortable buying for ourselves.
A clean title is the starting point
A title label does not always tell the complete story. Depending on the timing and reporting history, a vehicle may have an insurance total-loss record or significant prior damage even when the title is presented as clean. That is why we review available vehicle-history information rather than relying on the title alone.
When Carfax information is available, we make it accessible from the vehicle listing so buyers can review the reported history tied to that specific VIN.

Private-party and marketplace listings can leave buyers to verify title status, accident history, repair quality, ownership, and the seller's representations on their own. Why title history matters for a used Tesla
A rebuilt or salvage Tesla can create added uncertainty around high-voltage repairs, manufacturer support, and fast-charging access. Tesla's unsupported-vehicle guidance explains that fast charging, including Supercharging, may remain disabled until the required inspection and repair process is completed. Buyers should verify the specific vehicle's title history and charging eligibility before purchase.
